Removing property sales data

Property sold price information is available in the public domain and on many other websites including HM Land Registry, we are not able to remove sold price information from this open data (which is published by HM Land Registry). Our data does not contain personally identifiable information. It is just a record of sold property prices, which as we mentioned above is public record and appears on many other websites.

Incorrect Property Information

If you notice any incorrect data on this website, relating to an individual property, you can ask HM Land Registry to update their records and we (and all other property websites displaying sold price data) will in turn receive the updated data.

Missing sold property price data

We receive sold price data every month from HM Land Registry. Sometimes there can be a delay of 3-4 months after the transaction date and the update appearing in the data we receive from HM Land Registry. As the data gets updated in the HM Land Registry source data it will automatically update on our website when we next update the data.
